If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 2 calendar days from the date of service to request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, you must email provide photographic proof of work done incorrectly at the residence indicated on the service agreement. If the appointment was missed due to contractor error, a full refund will be issued. If the contractor could not find your address due to incorrectly loaded address information originating with the customer or the yard was not in the agreed to condition, a missed appointment is not eligible for refund.
We will review the images you provide, discuss the situation with the service provider and then we will make a final decision as to if a refund is warranted in your situation.
In the event of a refund, the credit/debit card used to complete the purchase is the card we will redeposit the money back to. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be posted to your account.
To request a refund, please send an email to hello@getLAWNCH.com . We encourage you to send photo’s to support your claims as they may help us to decide in your favor. Please remember, all requests for a refund must be received at the email above within 2 calendar days (48 hours) of the date of service. Refund requests received after 2 business days will NOT be entertained.
